  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    Oops, super sorry about that! If you were to receive an incorrect item, or it was shipped wrongly to you, please contact our Customer Welfare Team here for a Return Request.

    Items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, with original tags intact. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note that items returned will be refunded via Online Store Credits or your original payment mode. Refunds will be made based on invoiced value including shipping charges. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed.

  • What should I do if I receive a defective item?
    1. For Singapore Orders, defective items can be exchanged at any DMK retail store for your convenience, however, item(s) has to be in its original condition with original tags intact. Exchanged item(s) has to be of equal value or higher than the original item. When exchanging items of a higher value, the difference in amount will be borne by the customer. For items of a lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. Please note that items returned will be refunded via your original payment mode or a one-time unique promo code. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed. All sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged in retail stores and online.
    2. For International Orders, If you were to accidentally receive a defective item, please contact our customer service for a Return Request. Item(s) returned must be in its original condition with original tags intact. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note that item(s) returned will only be refunded via a one-time unique promo code excluding the original shipping charges. All sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged in retail stores and online.

    Currently, prepaid return labels are not available, return shipping is strictly borne by the customer.

  • Can I request for a refund/exchange?

    We totally get the change of mind and love, so we offer free refunds and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order (yay!). All returned items will be refunded via your original payment mode. If you need a different size or colour for the item, please drop us an email, because we'd love to see you slay!

    Refunds will be made based on invoiced value excluding shipping charges should your order fall short of the minimum spend for free shipping. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed.

    You may choose to do a free return or exchange at any of our boutiques! Alternatively, you may opt for courier pickup with a charge of $9.00, which will be deducted from your refund total.

    P/S: Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged in retail stores and online.



    INTERNATIONAL

    International orders are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Singapore.

  • If I purchased above the minimum purchase amount and got for free delivery in Singapore but decided to refund my item(s) afterwards, will I be charged the delivery fee?

    If the free delivery option was selected and you wish to make a refund due to dissatisfaction of the item(s), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

    This also applies to the use of promo codes. If you wish to make a refund of your item(s), the promo code will no longer apply if your total purchase amount does not meet the minimum spend for the promo code.

  • Retail stores' returns & exchange policy

    [Exchanges]
    Feel free to strut into any DMK boutique within 7 days for a store purchase exchange. We're all about making it convenient for you, no matter where you bought it from! You may exchange it for a different size or a product of equal or higher value.

    [Refunds]
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for store purchases.

  • Singapore Shipping Rates and Destinations

    We heard you! For a limited time, purchases above $60 at www.dmk.com.sg will be eligible for free domestic standard delivery. Now, shop 'til you drop, then shop some more.
    Please note that we can only deliver to one address per order. Re-routing fee of $10 is applicable for any redirection of address, including incorrect or non-existent delivery addresses.

    Store Pick up

    Wanna see and feel your orders irl? Pick them up for free! During the checkout process, simply search for and select the DMK boutique you would like your order shipped to. You will be notified by email when each or all of the item(s) you have ordered are available for pick-up at the specified location. To pick-up your merchandise, you will need to present a confirmation of your order, such as the order confirmation email or pick-up notification email you will receive.

    P.S. Store pickup is unavailable during our sale period.

     

    Delivery Restrictions

    We wish our courier partners got a magic carpet sometimes, because here's a list of spots they can't get to: Off Shore Islands, Resort World at Sentosa, Shipyards, ST Kinetics, Powergrid, Airbase sites, Singapore Prisions Quarters, Seletar Aerospace, Country Clubs, Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi Cargo, Turf Club Avenue and Army Camps.

    We're in business mode between Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
    Orders placed will be processed within 1-5 business days, though we try to process them asap because we totally get the excitement of receiving your orders.
    If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 1 business day.

    Heads-up: Life spirals out of control sometimes, and your parcel sailing across the oceans and flying through the skies might throw some curveballs on the usual delivery schedule. But no worries, we've got our eyes on your parcel! If a bird's got your parcel (after all, we are inclusive) and your order gets delayed, we'll drop you a note and keep you in the loop.


    We currently offer free international shipping above $250 min. spend.

    International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Duties and Taxes

    Please note that shipping charges do not include customs and shipping carrier handling charges, Goods and Services Tax and Value-added Tax.
    All items entering a foreign country (outside of Singapore) may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations.
    DMK.COM.SG is not able to determine these costs at checkout.
    Any Additional Charges charged or collected by external parties cannot be refunded in any form by DMK.COM.SG. Please check with your local authorities on your tax responsibilities and rights.
    In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you shall be responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes and/or duties incurred. These charges will be deducted from the initial payment before a refund will be issued.
    In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred in any shipment and where DMK's assigned delivery agent pays such taxes and/or duties on your behalf, you shall be liable to pay the tax and/or duties amount to the delivery agent upon receipt of the shipment.
    The sender shall be responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by the customs authorities for any returns of goods to DMK.COM.SG. Should the returned items be deemed not to be in its original condition, DMK.COM.SG reserves all rights to return the item to the sender at the sender's cost.

  • When will my pre-order items arrive?

    Pre-order items will be delivered by January 2024.

    If you have bought your pre-order items with other existing products, your order will be split into 2 separate shipments.

    Delivery of existing products will take 1-3 working days.
