RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, kindly contact our customer service officer here or email us at contact@dmk.com.sg and we will be glad to assist you accordingly.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, please kindly note that from 7 April - 1 June 2020, our business day will be once a week on a weekday. The validity date for exchanges and refunds for all purchases made from 26 March 2020 onwards will be extended for 10 days after Circuit Breaker ends.

Free return and exchange in-store services will be suspended until 2 June 2020. If you opt for return and exchange via courier pick up during this period, it can only be processed and picked up on our business day

For orders placed before 30th March 2020, exchanges and returns via courier pickup (if delivery was opted during the purchase) are free. 
For orders placed from 30th March 2020, a $9 handling and delivery fee will be charged if you opt for courier pickup for returns and exchanges. If your total order amount after exchange/refund falls under the minimum amount for free domestic delivery of $33.90, an additional $9 domestic shipping fee will be charged.

For Singapore orders, all return and exchange requests must be raised within 10 days from invoice date.
For International orders, all return requests must be raised within 14 days from invoice date.

All returned/exchanged items must be in its original condition, unworn, and with its original tags intact. DMK reserves the right to return the item at customers' cost for returned items not deemed to be in its original condition.

All sale, discounted and promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable in retail stores and online.

Please note that all shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can only be made via online store credits. Online store credits are valid for 3 months from date of issue and can be used to offset your next purchase made on DMK.COM.SG only.

*For orders placed before 30th March 2020 with standard/express delivery, please note that while courier service for refunds are free, if a purchase above $150 online was made and you opted for the free delivery option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if your total order amount after the refund falls below $150.

      You can find your Order Number after logging in to your account under “My Orders”.

      You will receive an email confirming your return request status within 2-3 working days.

      Our customer officers may request for additional information/photographic images of product before confirmation of return status.  

      Upon confirmation on return status, our customer officer will arrange for courier pick up at a scheduled time, date and location.

      Once your item(s) reach us, we will do a final inspection. Thereafter, we will credit the merchandise amount (after deducting $9 return-delivery fee) to your account in the form of store credits. Please allow 2-3 working days for the credits to be credited in to your account.

      Find a DMK store near you using our store locator.

      Bring your item(s) together with your original invoice to the store of your preference where our associates will assess the condition of the item.

      For items eligible for exchange, you are entitled to exchange for any item in store immediately. *

      Exchanged item has to be of equal value or higher than the original item. When exchanging items of a higher value, the difference in amount will be borne by the customer.

      For item of a lower value, no refund will be available for the difference in amount.

       

      *Please note that there are strictly no refunds available via cash/credit card and original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable in any form. All sale items cannot be exchanged in retail stores and online.

      ** Our Return and Exchange policy does not cover accidental and/or random damage or damage due to wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by DMK.

      Upon confirmation on return status, you can ship back your item to us with your preferred mode of shipment.

      Once your item(s) reach us, we will do a final inspection. Thereafter, we will credit the merchandise amount to your account in the form of store credits.

      At this time prepaid return labels are not available, return shipping is strictly non-refundable.

      DMK currently does not offer exchange services for orders outside Singapore. Please return your items via courier and place a new order.
