  • How do I place an order?
    1. Add your favourite item(s) to cart.
    2. Continue shopping or opt to process order.
    3. Check out as guest, or make life easy by logging in.
    4. Choose your mode of delivery or most convenient DMK boutique to pick up from.
    5. Select a payment method: We make give you an array of choices with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or Gift Voucher.
    6. Confirm your order.
    7. You will receive an email confirming your order. Can't find it? Probably in junk. Still can't find it? Slide into our inbox here.
  • How do I know what size to choose?

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    1. If you're in Singapore:
        Store deliveries: 2-3 working days
          Standard deliveries: 3-4 working days
            Express deliveries: 1-2 working days
    2. For international orders:
        Standard deliveries: 7-10 working days
          Express deliveries: 4-6 working days
    3. But hey, life happens – customs, tech checks, payment dances – so delays might pop up. Stay cool and let the shopping magic unfold! Track your delivery with the delivery number in your order email.
  • How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

    After you've hit that order button, keep an eagle eye on your inbox for a fab confirmation email. Not seeing it? No panic, just give our friendly customer welfare team a nudge here.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    Got an account? Awesome! Pop in with your email and password, and boom – account overview time. See your order status like a breeze.
    No account yet? No worries! Click the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email we sent you, and there you have it – your order status in plain sight. Easy peasy!

    We would still recommend creating that account though, why say no to $5 off your first purchase?

  • Can I modify/cancel my order?

    You can try... If you just ordered it like 30 minutes ago. Email our friendly and helpful Customer Welfare Team here. But heads up - our fast and furious Logistics Team processes order within a day (sometimes less), so if it's been more than 24 hours, it can't be changed (sorry!).

  • Where do I view my order details and history?

    Email, password – pow, you're into your account overview page! Tap "My Orders" for your order history and reflect deeply on the investments that you made on yourself.

  • Do you restock items that are sold out?

    If an item is out of stock, there's a chance that it might be restocked in the future (but no guarantees!). Fancy a little ping when the item's back in action? Add yourself to the waitlist and we'll (try) to make it happen for you!

  • Why do I get the message to remove item from bag during checkout?

    Fastest fingers first! If you've a got good eye and great taste, the item you picked is probably popular. Adding the items to your shopping cart doesn't guarantee you've secured them – unless you've sealed the deal at checkout, someone else might have gotten their hands on that limited item.

  • I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach Customer Service?

  • What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

    We're ready to roll with any of these payment methods:

      • Visa
        • MasterCard
          • American Express
            • PayPal
              • DMK E-Gift Voucher
              All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by DMK and the card issuing bank, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

    Y-E-S! All data transmitted is SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and MasterCard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed. Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. DMK reserves the right to request additional identification.
    If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

  • Why is my payment declined?

    Make sure all the info, especially the card details and expiry date, are correct. If the issue still persist, it's time to show an alternative card some love!
